2 Timothy 2:19-21 (English Standard Version)
But God's firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The
Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who
names the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.”
20 Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold
and silver but also of wood and clay, some for honorable
use, some for dishonorable. 21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses
himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for
honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of
the house, ready for every good work.
Purify my heart, let me be as gold and precious silver.
Purify my heart, let me be as gold, pure gold.
Refiner’s fire, my heart’s one desire is to be holy,
Set apart for You, Lord.
I choose to be holy, set apart for You my Master,
Ready to do Your will.
Purify my heart, cleanse me from within
and make me holy.
Purify my heart, cleanse me from my sin, deep within.
Refiner’s fire, my heart’s one desire is to be holy,
Set apart for You, Lord.
I choose to be holy, set apart for You my Master,
ready to do Your will.
